Mr. Beckman serves as Executive Director of Development for the Salvation Army Western Division. He is a Pilger, NE native and graduate of the University of Nebraska- Kearney.
Mr. Beckman has over 30 years of development experience. His past experience includes serving as Senior Vice-President for Resource Development at United Way of the Midlands and served as Executive Director for the NET Foundation for television and radio.
Mr. Seim is Founder and past Managing Partner of Seim, Johnson, LLC a certified public accounting firm located in Omaha, NE that specializes in serving nonprofit organizations including churches, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and other organizations which are exempt from taxation.
Mr. Seim has served or is serving as a volunteer officer and director of many nonprofit organizations including King of Kings Lutheran Church, Omaha, Divine Lutheran Church, Omaha, Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha Foundation, Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, Sioux Falls, SD, Alegent Health, Omaha, Immanuel Health Systems, Omaha, Lutheran Hospital of Omaha, Service Corps of Lutheran Business Executives, University Lutheran Chapel in Lincoln, NE and GracePoint Institute for Relational Health.
Mr. Seim and his wife Marlene are founding members of Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church in Omaha, NE where they have served faithfully and given generously of their time, volunteering in a number of capacities, and have blessed the community and the church with significant gifts to several major fund raising campaigns.
Mr. Kernen retired as CFO and Senior Vice President from the Omaha World Herald Company in 2004. That same year, Mr. Kernen and his late wife Leona established Kernen Partners, LLC to manage family assets.
Mr. Kernen is a past Board member of the Omaha World Herald Company (1985-2011) and Election Systems and Software, Inc (1987-2011). He currently serves on the Boards of Kernen Partners, Kernen Capital, and Kernen Family Education 2.0.
His volunteer Board service has included Concordia University-NE, United Way of the Midlands, Wheat Ridge Ministries, Chicago, IL, SCOLBE (Service Corp of Lutheran Business Executives), LCMS Foundation-St Louis, MO, and Lutheran Family Services Foundation.
Kernen currently serves on the Community Boards of Grace Point Institute for Relational Health, and Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha Foundation. Mr. Kernen is a member of Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Ms. Weiss has over 20 years of fundraising experience and currently serves as the Vice President of Development for Omaha Performing Arts. Ms. Weiss is responsible for the planning and implementation of all fundraising programs including major gifts and gift planning, endowment, capital campaigns, annual fund, corporate and foundation funding, public funding and government relations, volunteer events and donor stewardship for Omaha Performing Arts and the OPAS Foundation.
Ms. Weiss holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a bachelor's degree in nonprofit arts management from Oklahoma City University. She also received the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation from the American College of Financial Services.
Ms. Weiss serves as the Vice Chair of the board for the American Cancer Society of Omaha and is on the Curriculum Content Committee for the Omaha CAP program. She is a member of Rejoice Lutheran Church.
Ms. Pohlman, a former high school teacher, has served as Executive Assistant for Kernen Partners, LLC for over 15 years and is a community volunteer.
Ms. Pohlman graduated from the College of Saint Mary in Omaha with a degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Psychology and Theology.
Ms. Pohlman serves on the Catholic Archdiocese of Omaha Education Committee, the Board of Directors of Spirit Catholic Radio, Omaha, the Leadership Council of the JPII Newman Center at UNO, and is a volunteer with the Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands.
Ms. Pohlman and her husband Brent are members of St Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church.
Mr. Wachtler has been serving as Business Consultant to Kernen Partners since 2004. His prior experiences include working at the Omaha World-Herald for over 39 years holding the positions of accountant, Credit Manager, Controller, Vice President, Senior Vice President and Secretary. He served on the Board of Directors of the Omaha World Herald Company and several subsidiaries. Current boards Mr. Wachtler serves on are the College World Series Board of Directors, Catholic Archbishop's Committee for Development, Gross Catholic High School Investment Committee, Investment Committee for Concordia High School Endowment.
Mr. Bartruff retired from Wells Fargo Bank as Regional Business Banking Manager (Senior Vice President) in 2017. He serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church and is a member of the Dayspring Bank Board of Directors. Mr. Bartruff currently serves on the Concordia University Nebraska Board of Regents and is a Past-Chair.
Mr. Bartruff has served, in the past, as Chair of the Nebraska Make-A-Wish Foundation, President of the Inclusive Communities Board and Chair of the Nebraska Bankers Association Governance Committee.
Past Board's service includes Christ Lutheran Church, Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Neighborhood's Inc, Lincoln Public School Foundation, Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, Lincoln Lutheran School Finance/Capital Campaign (Committees), RMA (instructor and National Ag Committee), NBA BankPac/Ag Lending (Committees), and the Nebraska Council on Economic Education (UNL College of Business).
Mr. Bartruff holds a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Pastor Justin Hannemann is co-founder of GracePoint Institute for Relational Health which was launched in 2012. Pastor Hannemann has a passion for helping others see their strengths and potential as God has designed them. He has significant experience with adolescents with mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, ADHD, and with severe behavioral disorders including oppositional defiance disorder and conduct disorder.
Pastor Hannemann is also a Lutheran Church Missouri Senate pastor with a Master of Divinity from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Justin is a trained filial family therapist, a trained LifeStar therapist for sexual addiction and compulsion, his research interests include couple relationships, attachment theory in children and adults, and the integration of faith and psychology. He has experience working in both clinical and congregational settings.
Pastor Hannemann and his family reside in Seward, Nebraska, and he provides counseling services in Seward, Lincoln, and Omaha.
Mike graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting degree in 2003. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2008, and has nearly ten years with public accounting experience. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and that Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mike's focus is in the auditing and attestation area of public accounting; however he also assists in tax planning and preparation, business valuation, and consultation. Mike believes each client deserves a tailored strategy to fit their individual needs. He envisions being and advisor and trusted partner to clients to manage their taxes rather than just a tax preparer.

Rev. Dr. Mark Hannemann is co-founder along with his son Justin, of GracePoint Institute for Relational Health. He is the volunteer chairman of the GracePoint Board of Directors and corporation.
After nearly 40 years in ministry, Pastor Mark's love for preaching, teaching, and counseling is still going strong. "The Word of God is the most powerful thing in the universe," he said. "God spoke and everything came into being. The divine Word, Jesus, became flesh and lived among us. Jesus spoke from the cross, 'It is finished,' and our salvation was accomplished. I love sharing the Word and seeing what the Holy Spirit does with it in the hearts and lives of people."
Pastor Mark currently serves as the Executive Director for Good Friend Ministries, a non-profit retreat and counseling ministry that serves pastors and spouses in Traverse City, MI. He is a licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a Certified Life Coach. He has served congregations in South Dakota, Michigan, and Nebraska, most recently as Senior Pastor of Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church in Omaha since 2008. He has also served as a Lutheran high school chaplain and instructor, an adjunct faculty member at Concordia-Nebraska, and director of a Christian counseling ministry in St. Louis. He grew up in York, NE, and is married to his high school sweetheart, Sandy. The Lord has blessed them with four children and fourteen grandchildren. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, writing, and spoiling the grandkids.
